Rachel Bonnette is the Marketing Manager for KP Engineering, an EPC firm serving the refining, specialty chemical and renewable markets. Prior to joining KP Engineering, she managed the marketing and communications program for HENDERSON, a drilling rig and equipment supplier; managed the marketing strategy for product lines of $400MM in revenue at National Oilwell Varco (NYSE: NOV); and was the marketing director at Foster Marketing, a global B2B oil and gas marketing agency. A proud Cajun from Louisiana, Rachel has spent her career leading the conceptualization, strategy, budgeting, promotion and management of successful marketing, communications, public relations and business development programs. She has a concentrated focus on (and passion for) business growth within the energy industry.

Jamie was raised in Texas by two amazing, entrepreneurial-minded parents which drove her passion to work with developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for small-to-medium sized businesses that align with their company's growth.
Over 15 years, she has led marketing, technology commercialization, business development and digital strategies for a variety of global companies covering technology, oil and gas, renewable, and energy industries. Before Morpheus, Jamie was Marketing Director at CARBO, where she led marketing communications strategies that supported the global brand, technology commercialization, digital and online integration including eCommerce, new market penetration, and business development and customer awareness initiatives.
She provides marketing expertise, energy, and a positive attitude in a way that aligns with her clients’ business success.
